About Us

Our Story

Hoed Food and Catering was born out of a passion for exquisite food and exceptional service. Our founder, Simon De Kock, saw a need for high-quality catering services in the prestigious lodges of the Kruger National Park, Thornybush Game Lodge, Klaserie and Timbavati. With years of experience in the culinary industry and a deep love for the region, created Hoed Food and Catering to bring world-class dining experiences to this unique part of the world.
